The technician damaged one of my panels.

NB Pool and supply is a well run company with a focus on customer service and expertise in all things pools. Long time retail store customer here. But today we had to replace our old pool pump. So from the diagnostic to the finished product, adequate time was taken to patiently explain the why and the what happened, how it was going to be fixed and measures taken to efficiently run the system to ensure a long lasting pump in the future. The price was very fair compared to others, but with the added benefit of peace of mind. Highly recommend for maintenance, repair or pool supplies.

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at NB Pool & Spa. We started our experience chatting with Amber on the phone as we were working on our plans for hot tub install. She was patient, answered all my questions, and was extremely helpful. We came into the store the next day and worked with Troy who was also very patient with our questions, super knowledgeable, and very helpful with explaining the differences between tubs and features. Finally, we chatted briefly with the owner (Amanda) who helped clear a couple barriers for us to make install and delivery happen quickly. I had heard a number of good things about the folks here and I can attest that they’re true—great people and customer focused.
